The vast majority of these symphonies were written in 2021 to 2026 after Julian Thorne retired from geophysics. They are performed using virtual (synthesizer) instruments. The palette of these instruments expands with later symphonies.
Julian took piano lessons in 5th and 6th grade but was not accepted in a music school due to a lack of a musical ear, poor rhythm and coordination and absence of musical memory. The creation of these symphonic compositions is spontaneous and miraculous considering his lack of the required musician abilities. You will be amazed at what you hear!
